I need all of you to read this very IMPORTANT post & understand what my ideology is.

Food is your body’s fuel. Without fuel your body wants to shut down. Don’t let your body go into starvation mode. Did you know that most dieters end up fatter than before they went on the diet? It’s because of the so called DIET.

My mission is to change the concept of DIETING, In this group you will find all my plans where I allowed you to eat roti, rice, bread, pasta all wholewheat but in limited portion and particular days. All the plans are made in order to boost your metabolism so that you can live a healthy life. Skipping meals or eating too less will lead you to gain more weight believe me. I see many people doing their own diet where they don’t eat sufficient, do you know what will happen? they will lose weight temporarily and will gain the double of it later.

I want to make healthier changes in your life hence I don’t want any one of you to promote FAD DIET here on my group, No JUICING and No Quick Fixes it’s my humble request because I’m working on boosting your metabolism as well as making you guys gain vitality. I feel so great that how so many people are following the healthy lifestyle and saying NO to the short cuts. Insha Allah their hardwork will be paid off soon.

Remember eating roti doesn’t make you fat but eating extra rotis at the wrong time like at night when our metabolism is slowest make you FAT. So do you want to be someone who loses weight then after kids or sometime gain back all the weight and start this painful journey AGAIN? I hope you all don’t want it. So promote this thing with me that FOOD IS NOT YOUR ENEMY.

Eat sufficient & Healthy Get enough protein, fibre and essential fats Move more, particularly around your eating times Stress less and sleep well.
